The Office of Continuing Education provides a diverse program of not-for-credit classes, workshops and seminars to support lifelong education. The CCSF Continuing Education program is not supported by public funds and is financed entirely by class fees. 

INTRO TO GOOGLE DRIVE & DOCS

Intro to Google Drive & Google Docs is a four week class that will introduce students to Google Drive and Google Docs, two cloud–‐based productivity tools at the center of Google’s free virtual office system. Students will develop core skills including file upload, preview, transfer and duplication, document creation from scratch and from template, real-time collaboration and effective download, conversion and sharing practices.

Intro to Google Sheets & Google Forms is a two week course that will introduce students to Google Sheets and Google Forms, two cloud-based productivity tools that assist in capturing, organizing, visualizing, and calculating your data. Students will learn how to create spreadsheets and forms from scratch and from template, implement real-time collaboration and download, convert and share data effectively.

Sheets: Students will develop core skills including creating a multi-sheet workbook, formatting,navigating, and entering data on a spreadsheet, and working with formulas and functions.

Forms: Students will learn how to prepare form questions, choose form input types, create effective titles and descriptions, and use images and video.

Make a Presentation with Google Slides is a two week course that introduces students to Google Slides, Google’s free online presentation tool that helps you present your information visually.

Students will learn how to turn their message into a visual slideshow using text, color themes, photos, illustrations, charts and tables, animations, and videos. We will create a presentation from scratch and from template, learn how to collaborate in real-time and learn how to download, convert and share presentations.
