WHEN: This 45 hour class meets once / week for the entire semester on Fridays mid mornings. Class meets at 11:00 AM – 1:15 PM.
WHAT: Students will become familiar with the Animate interface, learn how to use the drawing and text tools, work in the various object modes, work with graphics, layers and symbols, import sound and images and finally learn how to create animations. Students will also learn how to publish their animation to the web.
Flash Professional was renamed Adobe Animate CC, starting with the release that took place in early 2016. “For nearly two decades, Flash Professional has been the standard for producing rich animations on the web. Because of the emergence of HTML5 and demand for animations that leverage web standards, Adobe completely rewrote the tool over the past few years to incorporate native HTML5 Canvas and WebGL support.
